January/February 2012 Club Selection
Happy New Year to all our Club members. We hope to bring you only the very best and most interesting wines throughout the year. Our first Club selection of 2012 will awaken your senses with some great and innovative wine offerings from throughout the winemaking world. It even has an Irish dimension featuring two Bordeaux wines from the Burke family. Some excellent reserve wines are included this month with tasting notes supplied to enhance your enjoyment.

Previous Club Case Selections

November/December 2011
Our Christmas Club Case is always special and we try to include wines that will work well with the Christmas table - versatile Rieslings and a little Pinot Noir are great companions at Christmas. We have also a delicious Albarinho and a full bodied Shiraz and some new vintages of old favourites.

Our autumn collection of Club wines is firmly rooted in the old world - European wines from both the classic and emerging regions. France and Italy are foremost with some new vintages of old favourites from some of our very best suppliers.

July/August 2011
Our midsummer Club selection has been compiled with the BBQ and great outdoors in mind. Wines to go with grilled meats and 'al fresco' dining including some delicious new Rhone wines which have just arrived. Also included is a very special Italian 'passimento' to round off an evening!

May/June 2011
An all New World compilation this month featuring wines from all the main New World wine producing regions - South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, California, South America and Washington State. With the exception of the Boschendal which is a blend, all the featured wines are made from single varietals and give a great insight into New World winemaking from some of the top producers. Some great companions here for that Summer BBQ!

March/April 2011
We've moved beyond the 'classic grapes' for our first Club spring selection. Varietals like Carmenere, Zinfandel and Tempranillo feature alongside some really interesting and unusual blends. We are also delighted to introduce some new Bulgarian wines which have been absent from Irish shores for more than 20 years.
