Spring is very much in the air and this month Club members can experience a taste of France outside the mainstream areas. Names like Vacqueras, Vaucluse, Madiran and Cahors don’t roll off the tongue as easily as Bordeaux and Burgundy but are there to be enjoyed and appreciated. These are largely undiscovered areas yet producing excellent fruit driven wines with impressive regional characteristics. |
